Mundulla Store has entered a new and popular phase in its long history. Julie and Garry Groom, who have managed the store since 2005, have seen the need for a select take-away food service in the small town, as the closest larger town of Bordertown is a 20km round trip away.
The range of goods on offer goes well beyond 'just the basics', encompassing a newsagency and post office. Their fresh produce is consistently of a high standard. Mundulla store offers a level of service and friendliness lacking in larger supermarkets.
The enterprising couple also now sell giftware, a small selection of toys and last minute presents. With plans to continually improve their service and to 'do what we do well', the expanded service will be popular with their loyal customers.

Julie and Garry describe Mundulla as 'a great community, very supportive and loyal.' They consider themselves very lucky to have found such a great town.
